On 9 of March, the Center for Strategic Research hosted a seminar “Issues of consolidation of a full cycle assessment integrated with the life cycle of regulatory legal acts”.

The event was organized by the Fund “Center for Strategic Research”. The seminar was attended by officials of the regulatory bodies (Regulatory Impact Assessment Department of Russian Ministry of Economic Development), expert community (Higher School of Economics, National Institute for System Study of Entrepreneurship, Institute for Program and Policy Evaluation), representatives of business associations (Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Business Russia) and entrepreneurs.

Director of the RIA Center Daniel Tsygankov made a presentation on “Instruments of lawmaking with fixed expiration date: sunsetting, evaluation clauses, regulatory sandboxes”, in which he spoke about the international experience of using these lawmaking tools in regulation.
